Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Florida Roadway / Transportation Leader. As the Senior Roadway Leader - Florida, you will guide the statewide roadway/transportation team, drive top-line growth, and lead large FDOT PS&E projects. This role is based in Florida and collaborates with regional leaders to expand client relationships.

You will mentor teams, ensure technical excellence, and align with safety and QA/QC standards while advancing Stantec’s transportation capabilities across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field.
• FL PE license or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of employment.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, project management and transportation engineering.
• Alternative Project Delivery experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts for major clients and drive growth of the Florida roadway/transportation practice.
• Achieve marketing and business development sales goals and pursue key opportunities.
• Lead and participate in campaigns and pursuits; manage Go/No Go reviews.
• Collaborate with Transportation BC Leadership and other stakeholders to grow client relationships and projects.
• Oversee delivery of roadway/PS&E projects with emphasis on quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
