Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license in the State of Florida.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering and project management Transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships on transportation projects.
• Lead and supervise transportation professionals; assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Develop value-added solutions and pursue contracts for engineering services.
• Coordinate with agencies and promote the firm in the transportation industry.
• Plan, organize, and supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate, plan, monitor, and deliver quality projects and consulting services.
• Review designs for conformance with standards.
