Job summary

Alfred Benesch & Company in Denver seeks a Transportation Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to highway, bridge, and multimodal design for state DOTs, local agencies, and private clients.

Requirements include a BS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of roadway design, and a PE license. CDOT experience and proficiency with MicroStation and InRoads are preferred. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, or higher, is required.
• 10+ years of roadway design experience.
• PE license is required; CDOT roadway design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working on the design of roadways, highways, and interstates from preliminary to final design.
• Develop plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with reviewers and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Contribute to proposal development.
• Directly assist Project Managers and Design Leaders.
• Manage and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to complete project requirements and deliver a quality design to the client.
