The position offers competitive compensation in the range of $150,000 to $180,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with performance bonuses and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Illinois DOT and/or Illinois Tollway planning and design.
• Working knowledge of OpenRoads Designer and familiarity with ORD 3D modeling.
• Experience leading or supporting quality control reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead major Illinois transportation projects.
• Coordination with multiple disciplines and subconsultants.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Develop roadway design solutions.

Skills

Experience with Illinois DOT and/or Illinois Tollway

Working knowledge of OpenRoads Designer

Strong interest in continued learning

Experience leading quality control reviews

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Typically 10+ years of professional engineering experience

Roadway design experience with IDOT and/or Illinois Tollway

Illinois P.E. or ability to reciprocate
