Job summary

GM2 Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Transportation Group, delivering a range of highway and roadway improvement projects from start to closeout.

You will lead the discipline delivery on large projects, coordinate multi-disciplinary efforts, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive highway/roadway engineering experience.
• MassDOT/AASHTO standards knowledge and project development experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver discipline work on large, multi-disciplinary transportation projects.
• Oversee planning, leadership, work distribution, and adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Engage with clients and pursue new business opportunities through proposals.
• Assist with coordination and planning of multidiscipline projects and distribution of work.
• Coordinate technical aspects with clients and teaming partners on complex projects.
• Apply technical expertise to evaluate a broad range of engineering solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality and alignment with project objectives.
