Job summary

CDR Maguire Engineering seeks a senior project manager to lead complex transportation projects, coordinating design reviews, budgets, schedules, and funding across programs. The role works with the Regional Program Management Director and other project managers to drive successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in engineering design or management, a PE license, and strong communication skills; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible engineering design or design management experience.
• Proficiency with PennDOT design manuals and FHWA/DOT policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent transportation projects including budgeting and funding oversight.
• Plan, organize, lead, implement and control projects in collaboration with the Regional Program Management Director.
• Coordinate design reviews, meetings, and compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Manage contracts and grant program activities with PennDOT and FHWA.
• Mentor staff and promote quality client service across the division.
