Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transportation programs from planning through design, construction and closeout.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, agencies, contractors and project teams.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development activities.
