Parsons is seeking a Project Manager/Program Director to lead transportation infrastructure projects in the Chicago, IL area. You will manage large-scale highway programs, from initiation through delivery, coordinating with diverse teams and clients.

The role requires extensive experience in major transportation programs, strong leadership and communication skills, and a PE license (preferred). A hybrid work arrangement within the region is available, with potential travel as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE registration is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in large-scale transportation projects.
• Strong managerial and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee highway transportation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Prepare and review project initiation, approval, design documents, and plans.
• Manage scope, fees, schedules, and coordination with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide project leadership, risk management, and quality control.
