gpac LLC is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join its Transportation team as a Project Manager. You will lead transportation projects from concept through construction, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

This role offers long-term growth toward leadership, exposure to public agency work, and a path to senior leadership within a supportive, team-driven culture.

Competenze

• PE license required or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• 5+ years in transportation/civil engineering.
• Experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of roadway design, drainage, traffic, and utilities.
• Experience with DOT/local agency standards, plan development, and project delivery.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage transportation projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and communication.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes.
• Coordinate across internal disciplines (traffic, structures, drainage, surveying, planning, environmental, etc.).
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to DOT standards.
• Support business development efforts with public agencies.
