Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join the Transportation team as a Project Manager.

The role focuses on leading complex transportation projects, managing internal teams, and serving as a trusted client partner. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in transportation/civil engineering, a PE license or ability to obtain it within 6 months, and a strong track record in project leadership, budgeting, and client communications.

Qualifications

• PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 5+ years of transportation/civil engineering experience.
• Proven track record managing projects, teams, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes.
• Coordinate with traffic, structures, drainage, surveying, planning, environmental, and other teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
