Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in WA transportation, residential, industrial and commercial development.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with APD projects across a region or nationally is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business development efforts, including market research, client relationships, developing leads, and securing contracts.
• Prepare project proposals and attend pre- and post-proposals meetings/interviews.
• Oversee cross-discipline project design processes and collaboration with leadership.
• Manage project budgets, estimates, schedules, and quality control.
• Be the main client contact and coordinate with stakeholders to meet requirements.
