Job summary

Stantec is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager with strong roadway engineering and project management capabilities to lead roadway study and design projects for state DOTs and local municipalities. You will serve as the primary client contact and supervise project teams.

The role involves coordinating engineers, roadway designers, and subconsultants, guiding design decisions, ensuring schedule and budgets, contributing to proposals, and mentoring staff to grow a resilient transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer required.
• Minimum 12+ years of roadway design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex roadway projects and guide team members.
• Consult with clients and agencies to determine project requirements.
• Prepare client proposals and project design elements.
• Develop design alternatives and evaluate against site conditions, utilities, and safety.
