Job summary

Stantec’s California Transportation practice is seeking a Senior Project Manager with Account Management responsibilities to support California public transit and transportation agencies. You will lead delivery of highway and bridge projects while strengthening client relationships and pursuing growth in the CA highways market.

You will coordinate with project teams, account managers, and technical specialists to ensure high‑quality work, client satisfaction, and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing transportation projects for public agencies.
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with Caltrans and regional agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management efforts for California transportation agency accounts.
• Manage highway and bridge project delivery, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop client plans and pursue on-call contracts and opportunities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards and QA/QC across projects.
