Fehr & Peers in Dallas is seeking an experienced transportation planning or engineering consultant with 8–12 years of experience to grow our North Texas practice while delivering exceptional client work.

Ideal candidates balance project delivery with business development, maintain relationships in the DFW market, and mentor others. The role is hybrid with in-office presence required several days per week in downtown Dallas.

Competenze

• 8–12 years of transportation planning or engineering consulting experience.
• Proven success leading complex transportation projects from proposal through delivery.
• Experience building client relationships and contributing to practice growth via business development.
• Knowledge of North Texas market and local agencies is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead transportation planning and engineering projects from pursuit through delivery, serving as the primary contact for clients and project teams.
• Manage and deliver projects in corridors, planning, multimodal and PS&E for transportation projects including complete streets and related components.
• Direct client interaction and public engagement.
• Build relationships with public agencies, private-sector clients, developers, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and interviews.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow Fehr & Peers' presence in North Texas.
• Mentor staff and foster high‑performing teams.
• Support Dallas office growth and adopt new tools and technologies.
