Qualifications

• Approximately 8–12 years of transportation planning or engineering consulting experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex transportation projects from proposal through delivery.
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to practice growth through business development.
• Strong knowledge of North Texas transportation market and ability to engage public agencies and private-sector partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead transportation planning and engineering projects from pursuit through delivery, acting as the primary client and project team contact.
• Manage projects across corridors, multimodal plans, safety analyses, PS&E, and related transportation work.
• Direct client engagement and public communication during community involvement.
• Build relationships with agencies, developers, institutions, and regional partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and interviews.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow Fehr & Peers' presence in the Dallas market.
• Mentor staff and contribute to the practice's long‑term success in Texas.
