Fehr & Peers is seeking a Transportation/Civil Engineer with 7–12 years of experience to lead transportation projects from planning through final design. You will scope, manage, mentor, and collaborate with clients while applying advanced analytical techniques and preparing technical reports.

You will contribute to a growing complete streets practice, support business development, and grow into a strong project manager within a collaborative culture. California licensing is preferred.

Qualificações

• 7–12 years of experience in transportation planning or engineering.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in transportation or civil engineering.
• Experience applying transportation analysis techniques with growing independence.
• Familiar with transportation planning, traffic engineering, design, complete streets, or travel demand modeling.
• Proficient with Excel and CAD tools; familiarity with traffic software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Apply standard and intermediate analytical techniques with guidance.
• Contribute to project approaches, problem-solving, and decisions.
• Prepare clear technical reports, memos, and presentations.
• Participate in and lead client meetings and support relationships.
