Job summary

Metro Associates is seeking an experienced Transportation Design PE to lead and grow a Texas transportation design practice serving TxDOT, NTTA, counties, and municipalities. The role is a consultant-side leadership position focused on strategy, pursuit leadership, and project delivery across Texas.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to win work while delivering high-quality transportation schematics, feasibility studies, and PS&E design

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading transportation design work for public-sector clients.
• Strong ability to win new work and manage client relationships.
• Experience managing multi-discipline teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultant-side transportation design practice across Texas market.
• Direct development and review of schematics, PS&E design, and studies.
• Lead pursuits, proposals, and interviews with agencies and primes.
• Mentor staff and build scalable transportation teams.
