Job summary

Fehr & Peers in Orlando seeks an experienced transportation planning/engineering consultant with 8–12 years of experience to grow our Central Florida practice. The role blends project leadership with business development, mentoring, and client engagement, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week in our downtown Orlando office.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of transportation planning/engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex transportation projects from proposal to delivery.
• Established relationships with Florida State and local agencies and private-sector clients; strong Central Florida market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation planning/engineering projects from pursuit through delivery, as the primary client contact.
• Manage and deliver projects in areas such as corridor studies, impact analyses, multimodal plans, and PS&E.
• Engage with the public and manage community input.
• Build relationships with public agencies, developers, institutions, and partners to grow the region's presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and client strategy.
