You will collaborate with design, planning, and environmental staff to provide comprehensive services for clients. Ideal candidates have 12+ years of transportation planning experience and a PE or AICP certification, with strong business development and proposal skills, and the

Bachelor's degree required.
12+ years of transportation/transit planning and environmental documentation experience.
PE or AICP certification required.
Experience in business development, negotiation, and FDOT proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead transportation planning and environmental teams to pursue, innovate, and deliver projects.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and engineering disciplines; manage consultants.
Pursue and manage contracts, track progress, and report outcomes.
Mentor and train staff; participate in committees; support industry research and education.
