Ideal candidates have 8+ years in transportation planning or modeling, PE or AICP preferred, strong communication, and experience with microsimulation tools such as TransModeler, VISSIM, or Aimsun.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in transportation planning or traffic engineering.
• Experience leading FHWA/NEPA studies with system-level analyses.
• Experience developing or managing traffic microsimulation and modeling efforts.
• Professional registration (P.E. or AICP preferred); PTOE/RSP a plus.
• Strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead or project manager for planning and traffic analyses.
• Lead microsimulation, operations evaluations, and performance assessments.
• Provide guidance to staff developing models and documentation.
• Interpret complex findings into actionable client recommendations.
• Support proposal development and business development activities.
• QA/QC reviews for analyses and deliverables.
