Cardinal Health is seeking a leader to drive transportation network design and optimization across its vast logistics network. You will mentor a team, build routing and location strategies, and deliver measurable cost savings through data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and 3PLs to align with business goals, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate complex models for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation analytics, network design, or data modeling preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of domestic transportation modes, regulations, and warehousing operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of transportation network design specialists.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics capabilities and service optimization across Cardinal Health network.
• Optimize routing and location strategies using advanced modeling software.
• Design and maintain routing solutions that drive cost savings.
• Conduct cost-to-serve and fleet equipment analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Translate complex analytics into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Sales, and 3PL carriers.
