Qualifications

TMT IV requires 3 year(s) of experience in transportation engineering support, roadway maintenance, construction inspection, or related work experience.
TMT V requires 4 year(s) of experience in the same fields; substitutions for minimum qualifications may apply.

Responsibilities

Performs advanced transportation operations or maintenance support work such as complex maintenance contract inspection and/or material and process inspection.
Operates light and heavy equipment and oversees traffic control; assists the public during emergencies.
Works independently on assignments; unusual issues are referred to the supervisor.
