Qualifications

• Associate degree required with seven years of progressive technician experience.
• Experience interpreting highway construction plans and DOT standards.
• Ability to plan, schedule, track, and complete projects with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect contractor operations on roadway and bridge projects to verify compliance with plans.
• Supervise and guide inspection staff on projects.
• Record quantities, material certifications, testing reports, and daily diaries.
• Engage with agencies, contractors, and the public to resolve field issues.
