State-of-West-Virgini is seeking a Lead Worker to manage an Intelligent Transportation Fusion Center, supervising Traffic Management Center Operators and coordinating traffic control. You will oversee incident response, system monitoring, and communications to minimize congestion.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least four years of emergency telecommunication experience; travel may be required and a valid driver’s license is needed.

• Ability to speak clearly and maintain good communication with the public and staff.
• Read, understand and interpret office procedures and regulations.
• Computer skills required for operating traffic management systems and related software.
