Farnsworth Group is seeking an Engineering Manager in Illinois to lead a client-focused transportation and traffic engineering team serving local, state, and nationwide clients. You will guide multiple planning, design, and construction projects, manage budgets, and collaborate with leadership across the Transportation Group.

You will mentor staff, develop business opportunities, and maintain strong client relations while partnering with other disciplines to deliver technically excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 15+ years transportation/structural experience with diverse project background.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead projects and teams related to transportation planning and design, traffic studies, and construction engineering.
• Develop and Mentor Staff.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain client relations and contribute to new business development.
