Job summary

You will manage crews, plan work programs, supervise performance, and coordinate safety measures while engaging with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineer-in-Training certificate or equivalent.
• Associate degree in civil engineering technology or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning for roadway operations and projects.
• Supervise crews and provide safe, efficient work supervision.
• Coordinate agility agreements and partnerships for roadway needs.
• Inspect projects, review conditions, and set priorities.
• Enforce safety procedures and proactive accident prevention.
• Oversee performance reviews, scheduling, and coaching.
