Qualificações

• 5+ years in transportation planning or engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong technical writing and public speaking skills.
• Experience with project management and business development.
• Professional license is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and solve complex transportation planning and engineering challenges across all travel modes.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly through writing, presentations, and discussions with clients.
• Apply analysis tools and software to develop practical recommendations.
• Work on diverse projects including traffic and transit simulation, corridor plans, multimodal studies, and ITS/impact analyses.
• Manage projects including scope, schedule, budget, and client coordination.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and support their development.
• Learn and adopt new tools and technologies while maintaining judgment and accountability.
