Job summary

EMR Holdings in Camden seeks an experienced Transportation Dispatch Manager to oversee high-volume, short-haul operations. You will develop and manage daily dispatch schedules for approximately 25–30 company drivers and 20 third-party drivers, coordinating ~200 loads per day and ensuring timely deliveries.

The role requires strong trucking knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work with both union and non-union drivers. It is based in Camden with a $75–85k yearly salary range.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in transportation dispatch or trucking operations.
• Experience coordinating company drivers and third-party carriers.
• Experience with short-haul trucking operations including vans/tow trucks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily dispatch schedules for company and third-party drivers.
• Coordinate ~200 daily loads between yards and locations.
• Monitor driver availability, capacity, load assignments, pickups and deliveries.
• Adjust schedules in real time to meet changing priorities and constraints.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and transportation documentation.
• Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety requirements.
