Job summary

Heniff Transportation is seeking a Driver Manager/Dispatcher to assign jobs and optimize driver operations. You will build strong relationships with drivers, communicate with customers to maintain high service levels, and maximize equipment utilization to drive profitability.

The role focuses on safety, policy compliance, and efficient dispatching across loads, with experience in TMW and PeopleNet systems preferred. Office-based position requiring a valid driver’s license and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• DOT and OSHA familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with drivers to ensure their needs are met.
• Communicate with customers to ensure high level of service.
• Schedule loads and assign qualified drivers to maximize revenue.
