Tectonic is seeking a full-time Transportation Construction Manager / Resident Engineer to lead public sector transportation projects in the Glastonbury, CT area. • Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering and transportation experience; ConnDOT experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting abilities to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review public sector engineering and transportation projects; visit field offices and support project staff.
• Provide leadership to field staff and engineering teams.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
