Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks a Senior Transportation Engineering Project Manager to lead major highway and bridge projects from planning through construction at our Wall Township, NJ headquarters. You will manage client relationships with NJDOT and local agencies, provide design leadership, and guide multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NJ PE license preferred or reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation, bridge, and highway infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality control for projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with NJDOT, counties, municipalities, and authorities.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support business development initiatives.
