Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree required; structural emphasis preferred.
• PE license required; NJ preferred or reciprocal.
• 8+ years in transportation/bridge design and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation, bridge, and highway projects from concept through construction.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and client relations with NJDOT and agencies.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and design documentation.
• Provide technical guidance on structural and transportation solutions.
• Support proposals, client presentations, and business growth initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with internal teams.
