Job summary

Verdantas is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to manage the integrated master schedule across a large transmission capital program in Houston. This hybrid role requires strong CPM, Primavera P6 and MS Project proficiency, and the ability to coordinate across multiple EPC contractors.

You will set scheduling standards, baselines, and dashboards, lead risk and change analysis, and partner with owner program leadership to present schedule performance in executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project scheduling and/or project controls experience.
• 10+ years using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing and owning integrated master schedules for large, multi-project capital programs.
• Direct experience supporting major energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, float management, earned value management, and time impact analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Procore, or similar software.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across the portfolio, establishing WBS, activity coding, calendar, and milestone conventions.
• Develop and baseline complex CPM schedules for multi-contractor projects.
• Lead critical path, float, variance, EV, time-impact analyses at project and portfolio level.
• Coordinate schedule interfaces between projects and EPC contractors.
• Design schedule reporting framework and produce portfolio dashboards and executive reporting.
• Maintain schedule governance, procedures, and KPI definitions; manage change control.
