Verdantas is seeking a Project Scheduler in the Houston area to support a multi‑billion-dollar electric transmission capital program. The role requires hybrid work and local presence in the Houston office.

You will own CPM schedules, integrate multi‑discipline milestones, and deliver auditable schedules to program leadership. Candidates should have 5+ years in project scheduling, deep experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of project scheduling experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Proven ability to develop, baseline, update, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules for large capital projects.
• Experience with portfolio analytics and reporting.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Professional certifications such as PMP/PMI-SP/PSP are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Independently develop, baseline, and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project for transmission line and substation projects.
• Integrate milestones, regulatory milestones, long-lead procurement, outage windows, construction sequences into a single plan.
• Establish and maintain WBS, activity coding, calendars, constraints, milestones, and resource assignments.
• Perform critical path/float analysis, variance analysis, earned value, and time-impact analysis.
• Monitor float consumption and identify deterioration causes.
• Produce look-ahead schedules, narratives, progress curves, and dashboards.
• Collect and validate progress data from project teams and contractors.
