Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to support large-scale Transmission & Distribution capital projects. You will develop, maintain, analyze, and report on integrated project schedules throughout the lifecycle from development through execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project scheduling on Transmission and Distribution projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge.
• Experience with resource-loaded schedules.
• Understanding of project lifecycle management.
• Experience on large capital infrastructure projects.
• Experience in transmission/substation/utility projects.
• Familiarity with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Support project planning activities throughout development and execution.
• Identify and analyze critical path activities, schedule risks, and delays.
• Monitor progress and provide schedule performance reports and forecasts.
• Update schedules based on changes, field conditions, and input.
• Perform schedule quality reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, construction teams, and leadership.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide scheduling recommendations.
• Support forecasting, scenario planning, and schedule recovery.
• Adapt templates and maintain consistency across projects.
