Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead the delivery of high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and client satisfaction.

The role welcomes PM-type candidates from related fields and offers training opportunities.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.
Proven experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of high-voltage construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead project execution from award through final turnover.
Oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout.
Partner with Superintendents and field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality construction.
Conduct constructability reviews and assist with estimating and work planning efforts.
Promote and enforce safety culture and OSHA compliance.
Develop and maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, and productivity tracking.
