ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Principal Transmission & Substation Project Manager to drive major capital programs across North America, delivering on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will lead complex transmission and substation initiatives and guide cross-functional teams through strategic execution.

In this role, you will manage portfolios over $25M, oversee multi-state development, and apply PMI principles while leveraging Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the utility sector with transmission and substation project experience.
• Proven track record managing budgets of $25M+ for large-scale electric transmission and substation projects.
• SCADA and communications knowledge.
• PMP certification or advanced degree in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of PMI principles and best practices.
• Knowledgeable in Primavera P6 for schedule, budget, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Lead major capital projects involving transmission lines up to 500kV and complex substation upgrades.
• Manage project portfolios including $25M+ infrastructure upgrade programs, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee cross-state transmission line development and integrated transmission/substation rebuilds.
• Foster strong collaboration with utility clients and internal teams; ensure clear communication and inclusive leadership.
