Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group seeks a seasoned Principal Transmission & Substation Project Manager to lead major capital projects across North America, including 500kV transmission lines and substation upgrades. You will manage portfolios in the $25M+ range, coordinate cross-state development, and oversee integrated transmission and substation rebuilds with a focus on cost, schedule, and safety.

A PMP certification or advanced degree is preferred, with 15+ years in the utility sector and Primavera P6

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in the utility sector with transmission/substation project experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale budgets of $25M+.
• SCADA and communications knowledge.
• PMP certification or advanced project management degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of PMI principles and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead major capital projects involving transmission lines up to 500kV and substation upgrades.
• Manage project portfolios including $25M+ programs with scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-state transmission line development and integrated rebuilds.
• Lead cross-functional teams with utility clients and internal groups.
• Ensure clear communication and inclusive leadership to deliver excellence.
