ENTRUST Solutions Group seeks a seasoned Principal Transmission & Substation Project Manager to lead high-impact infrastructure projects across North America. You will oversee major capital programs, manage complex budgets, and collaborate with utility clients and internal teams to deliver reliable energy solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in utilities, PMI/PMBOK knowledge, and Primavera P6 expertise, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the utility sector with transmission/substation project experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale budgets of $25M+.
• PMP certification or advanced PM degree preferred.
• SCADA and communications knowledge.
• Strong grounding in PMI principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead major capital projects involving transmission up to 500kV and substation upgrades.
• Manage project portfolios including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-state transmission line development and integrated rebuilds.
• Collaborate with utility clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate inclusive leadership and clear communication.
