Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in the utility sector, with preference for transmission and substation project experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex electric transmission and substation project budgets of $25+ million.
• SCADA and communications knowledge.
• PMP certification or advanced degree in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of PMI principles and best practices.
• Knowledgeable in Primavera P6 for schedule, budget, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Lead major capital projects involving transmission lines up to 500kV and complex substation upgrades.
• Manage project portfolios including $25M+ upgrade programs with scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Cross-state transmission line development and integrated transmission/substation rebuilds.
• Collaborate with utility clients and internal teams to deliver innovative energy solutions.
