ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a seasoned Principal Transmission & Substation Project Manager to lead major capital programs across North America. You will guide scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating cross‑functional teams and utility clients to deliver high‑impact energy solutions.

The role requires 15+ years in the utility sector with transmission and substation experience, budgets of $25M+, PMI/PMBOK knowledge, and Primavera P6 proficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the utility sector, with emphasis on electric transmission and substation projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale budgets of $25M+.
• SCADA and communications knowledge.
• PMI principles and scheduling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead major capital transmission and substation projects across North America.
• Manage project portfolios including $25M+ programs with scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-state transmission line development and integrated transmission/substation rebuilds.
• Collaborate with utility clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate strong, inclusive leadership and clear communication.
