Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a seasoned Project Manager - T&S Lead to drive large transmission and substation projects from approval through in-service. Based in Juno Beach, FL with remote options, you will lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Siting & Permitting, Legal, Environmental and Construction.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in transmission/substation projects, PMP preferred, and strong risk, budget and schedule management with clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field; PMP preferred.
• 15+ years of experience leading transmission and substation projects with high-level engineering and PM expertise.
• Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software, including Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to meet approved budgets and schedules for large transmission and substation projects.
• Manage safety, schedules, and budgets from project approval through final closeout.
• Collaborate with construction teams on schedules, clearance planning, and execution.
• Develop project management plans and risk management strategies.
• Oversee contract administration and project communications.
• Generate and submit monthly budget forecast spend reports.
• Ensure production and submittal of FERC compliance documentation.
• Manage final job closeout processes and project reporting.
• Work directly with major project leadership to resolve project challenges.
