LVI Associates seeks a Project Manager to lead transmission and substation construction across its utility portfolio. You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, risk, and client communications, delivering work safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of PM experience in infrastructure, with Primavera P6 or MS Project proficiency, and a degree in engineering or related field. Multiple locations: Atlanta, Charlotte, West Palm Beach, Orlando.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5+ years PM experience in transmission/substation or infrastructure.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and contract management skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead transmission and substation projects from kickoff to completion.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and financial performance.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, risk management, and compliance.
• Build relationships with utility clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field ops, engineering, procurement, and subs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and mitigate risks.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
• Support emergency response and restoration efforts.
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence.
