You will lead project teams, interact with clients and regulatory agencies, and coordinate public involvement and outreach. The role requires 6–12+ years in environmental consulting, strong GIS (ArcGIS/ArcPro) capabilities, NEPA knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, planning, engineering, or a related field.
• 6–12+ years in environmental consulting or linear infrastructure power development.
• Strong GIS and NEPA knowledge with experience in regulatory documentation.
• Proven leadership and excellent written/verbal communication with clients.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple large-scale studies, project teams, and oversee planning.
• Serve as liaison with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Develop public involvement and outreach programs.
• Coordinate with utilities, landowners, and agencies to refine routes.
• Lead routing/siting efforts for CCN/CPCN filings before the PUCT.
• Act as senior expert for siting and environmental permitting.
• Provide guidance to mid-level and senior project staff.
• Utilize ArcGIS/ArcPro to analyze data and develop constraint maps.
• Prepare and oversee applications for regulatory submittals.
