Qualifications

• 6–12+ years in environmental consulting or linear infrastructure power sector development.
• Proficiency in GIS, NEPA processes, and regulatory documentation writing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, planning, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large‑scale studies and project teams across TX and OK.
• Serve as liaison with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Develop and direct public involvement and outreach programs.
• Coordinate with utilities, landowners, and agencies to refine route options.
• Oversee CCN/CPCN applications before PUCT and other regulators.
• Provide expert guidance for routing reports and evidentiary exhibits.
