Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of multiple transmission and distribution projects in the electric utility sector. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to drive project lifecycle from planning to closeout.

The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two remote days; relocation assistance may be available depending on location, and you will mentor staff while ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• BS degree from ABET-accredited program or management/business degree.
• 10+ years in electric utility (engineering/construction/planning).
• 7+ years in PM of Utility Transmission projects.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience liaising with firm/clients in support or lead role.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution, contract administration, planning and resource management.
• Oversee safety, schedule, budget, reporting and client experience across life cycle.
• Direct and mentor project team; drive accountability and performance.
• Develop relationships with client leads and stakeholders.
