Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of multiple electric utility transmission projects. You will coordinate across internal and external teams, own safety, schedule, budgets, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 10+ years in the electric utility sector and 7+ years in project management for transmission projects, with strong leadership and bilingual Spanish/English capabilities.

Formación

• BS degree from ABET-accredited engineering or management/business program.
• 10+ years in electric utility industry (engineering/construction/planning).
• 7+ years in project management of utility transmission projects.
• Experience as a firm/client liaison; strong multitasking and priority management.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, speak, and write).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the execution of multiple transmission and distribution projects; coordinate with internal and external departments.
• Own all aspects of project performance: safety, schedule, budget, reporting, client experience.
• Lead and direct project team; mentor and coach members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client leads and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Support KPI reporting for schedule, budget, and dashboards.
• Identify and control construction risk and change.
• Communicate with stakeholders and supervisors; prepare concise reports.
• Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve results.
