Job summary

Western Farmers Electric Cooperative is seeking a Supervisor Transmission Project Coordinator in Moore, OK. You will plan, organize, and manage transmission line and substation projects, while guiding a team to meet WFEC procedures and RUS standards.

You’ll communicate requirements, costs, and schedules across departments and with member cooperatives. You will oversee budgets, document control, and project close-out, and may present updates to WFEC senior management and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering technology, or a related field.
• 10 years of professional project management experience, including planning and coordination in an electric utility environment.
• Must obtain PMP or PE license within five years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Transmission Project Coordinators, Project Documents Coordinator, and Drafter, plus contracted project coordinators.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and scopes to meet WFEC standards.
• Coordinate with T&D engineers, Financial Services, Procurement, and member co-ops to ensure compliance with WFEC procedures and RUS requirements.
• Prepare presentations for Capital Review Team, Board committees, and Board of Directors; monitor cost and schedule performance.
