Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Practice Leader to guide large, complex transmission programs and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on technical excellence, client satisfaction, and driving growth while balancing budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate will lead project managers, coordinate with utilities and regulators, develop business opportunities, and ensure safe, constructible, and cost-effective transmission solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 7+ years PM/leadership experience or 11 years total experience.
• Advanced degree preferred (engineering, business, or related).
• Experience leading transmission projects and programs across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for transmission projects and programs.
• Direct growth and capabilities of the transmission practice.
• Hire, develop, and manage staff; ensure project health and margins.
