Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Practice Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership for complex transmission programs. You will guide PM teams, coordinate with clients, utilities, regulators, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, cost-effective solutions while growing the practice.

The role emphasizes strong technical leadership, financial performance, risk management, and staff development, with a focus on meeting energy reliability and resiliency objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Proven leadership of large transmission projects and programs.
• Strong budgeting, cash flow management, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Project Managers and staff within the Practice.
• Manage financial performance, project health, scheduling, and quality control.
• Drive business development with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
